Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS-TRI-55427-R1, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Alex Castangia.
The project is limited to replacement of an existing 36-inch corrugated metal pipe with the same material. Replacement of the culvert will also include rock armoring, adequate culvert alignment, erosion control measures, and embankment grading on the road surface. The existing culvert, road fill, and accumulated sediments in the channel bottom will be excavated and the backfill material will be ¾-inch imported base material and excavated native material. The culvert is necessary to access the cultivation premises.
