Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 024-680-022-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-886) and is also seeking an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Cultivation activities are approved to include approx. 9,000sqft total of mature canopy in proposed eight (8) 5’x20’, seven (7) 5’x100’, two (2) 5’x120’, and five (5) 5’x140’ hoop houses. Existing support infrastructure is approved to include a permitted onsite groundwater well. Proposed activities are approved to include installation of two (2) 5’x15’hoop houses for immature canopy, a 10’x12’ shed for harvest storage and agricultural chemical storage, an 8’x20’ shipping container for processing and harvest storage, a 10’x10’ composting area, a 4’x4’ petroleum storage area, five (5) 600-gallon nutrient mixing tanks, four (4) 5,000-gallon and two (2) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks with some minimal grading required under the threshold of a grading permit, no tree removal will occur. There is a permitted septic system onsite to serve the project’s wastewater needs and power for the project is provided through the Trinity Public Utility District (PUD) grid and generators less than 50hp.
