Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 019-340-036-000.
The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-379) and currently holds an Adult Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL22-0001204; Expires on 2025-12-30).
Cultivation activities are approved to include approx. 9,424sqft of mature canopy in (96) outdoor plants grown in 6’ diameter pots (2,714.33sqft), six (6) 7'x94' beds and three (3) 8'x94' beds (6,204sqft), a 450sqft bed, and two (2) 4’x7’ boxes (56sqft). Existing support infrastructure is approved to include a permitted onsite groundwater well, a 1,200-gallon and a 2,500-gallon water storage tank, one (1) 6'x50' immature canopy hoop house, a 10’x20’ shed for harvest storage, 10’x10’ compost area, 10’x12’ shed for petroleum storage and another 10’x12’ shed for ag chemical storage.
Power for the project is provided by onsite solar system and there is a permitted septic system onsite to serve the project’s wastewater needs. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist.
SPECIAL NOTES: 1. There are multiple inaccurate references to “mixed-light” activities in the Project Description, however the correct license type is Small Outdoor; no supplemental lighting will be used for mature canopy.
