Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 018-050-050-000.
The applicant currently holds a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-550) and also currently holds an Adult Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL19-0005446, Expires on 2026-03-24) with proposed Type 13 Self-transport transport-only Distribution license from the DCC. Cultivation activities are approved to include approx. 6,720sqft of mature canopy in three (3) 20’x100’ hoop houses, one (1) 30’x100’ hoop house, and one (1) 24’x100’ hoop house.
Existing support infrastructure is approved to include: 10’x12’ shed for admin hold area, a 16’x40’ processing building including harvest storage and a 2’x6’ agricultural chemical/pesticide storage area within the same building, a 10’x10’ cannabis waste area, one (1) 425gal, one (1) 850gal, one (1) 1,000gal, three (3) 2,500gal and five (5) 5,000gal water storage tanks. Proposed support infrastructure is approved to include: extending the existing 16’x40’ processing building to 16’x60’.
Power for the project is provided by PG&E and there is a permitted septic system onsite to serve the project’s wastewater needs. A more detailed project description can be found in the attached Appendix C Checklist.
