Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 015-420-016-000.
The applicant currently holds a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-284) with proposed transition to Small Outdoor with the County and currently holds an Adult-Use Small Mixed-Light Tier 1 Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL19-0004896, Expires on 2026-04-20) with proposed transition to Small Outdoor with the DCC. Cultivation activities are approved to include approx. 9,998sqft of mature canopy in five (5) greenhouse, two (2) 24’x72’ and three (3) 24’x96’.
Existing support infrastructure is approved to include a 10’x15’ compost area, an 18’x20’ storage area, 4’x6’ general storage area, 8’x8’ shed for ag chemical storage, two (2) 10’x20’ carports for general storage, a 15’x20’ general storage shed, another 24’x72’ greenhouse and 500sqft Quonset hut/shop for immature canopy, 8’x8’ compost area, a 30’x80’ converted ramada for processing, a permitted onsite groundwater well, four (4) 500-gallon mixing tanks, a 5,000-gallon and five (5) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks.
Power for the project is provided by TPUD. There is a permitted onsite septic system to service the project’s wastewater needs. Proposed activities area approved to include the installation of two (2) additional 25’x85’ immature areas transitioning to hoop houses or greenhouses in the same footprint, as well as a 30’x50’ multi-use shop to replace the 15’x20’ shed including minimal grading.
