Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 015-420-022-000.
The applicant currently holds a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-538), with proposed transition to Small Outdoor with the County and also currently holds an Adult-Use Small Mixed-Light Tier 2 Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL19-0000211, Expires on 2026-01-21), with proposed transition to Small Mixed-Light Tier 1 and also proposed transition to Small Outdoor with the DCC. Cultivation activities are approved to include approx. 10,000 SF of canopy area consisting of a 20’x100’ and a 40’x100’ mature canopy areas that contain (350) 45-gallon pots also including a 20’x60’ greenhouse that will transition from immature canopy.
Existing support infrastructure is approved to include: an 18’x12’ harvest storage structure; a 6’x10’ chemical storage shed; an 18’x22’ shop for processing and packaging with a 6’ x 8’ administrative hold area; a 6’x8’ composting area; a 1,000-gallon and two (2) 2,500-gallon water tanks; a permitted onsite groundwater well. Power for the Project is supplied by TPUD and there is a permitted septic system onsite to serve the project’s wastewater needs.
