Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 025-010-015-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-119) and currently holds an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL20-0001238, Expires on 2025-10-29). Cultivation activities are approved to include approx. 9,999sqft of mature canopy in six (6) 20’x100’ greenhouses with two (2) 8.33’x100’ mature canopy rows for 1,666.6sqft total in each greenhouse. Existing support infrastructure includes a 20’x100’ greenhouse for immature canopy located on APN 025-010-014, same owner; a permitted onsite groundwater well, a 5,000-gallon, three (3) 2,825-gallon and two (2) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks, a 25’x25’ compost area located on APN 025-010-014 and shared with CCL-118; a 20’x100’ structure is used for ag chemical storage, general storage also including an 8’x20’ and 8’x40’ container within the structure for ag chemical storage, general storage, processing, packaging and harvest storage with delineated areas for both CCL-119 and CCL-118; another 20’x100’ structure is used for drying and processing, delineated appropriately from activities associated with CCL-118; an additional 20’x100’ structure is used for ag chemical storage, general storage including an 8’x20’ container within this structure to be used for ag chemical storage, general storage and harvest storage. Power for the project is provided by a solar well pump, also including generators less than 50hp for other project related activities. There is a permitted septic system onsite to serve the project’s wastewater needs. Proposed activities include the installation of one (1) additional 20’x100’ structure for drying/harvest storage including delineated areas for each license CCL-119 & CCL-118; installation of a one (1) 2,500-gallon and one (1) 2,825-gallon water storage tanks on previously disturbed area; also including re-arrangement of existing onsite containers to their appropriate proposed locations within the 20’x100’ structures.
