The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS TRI-53419-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Golden Harvest LLC, as represented by Richard Lee.
The project consists of the replacement of two existing 18-inch corrugated metal pipe (CMP) culverts with one 57-inch CMP culvert that will be armored as described in December 31, 2024, Trinity Valley Consulting Engineers Hydraulic and Drainage Report. Vegetation removal will be kept to the minimum necessary to complete construction work. Straw and seed will be applied to areas denuded of vegetation to stabilize exposed soils. Yearly maintenance will consist of removal of debris and sediment to maintain flow capacity of the culvert.
