Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-TRI-51497-R1), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Joshua Riffle.
The project is limited to maintenance of a 36-inch diameter corrugated metal culvert installed under Agreement No 1600-2017-0524-R1 and removal of an unused pedestrian bridge over Mule Gulch to prevent obstruction of these channels. An adequately-sized footbridge spanning the tributary channel is placed downstream from the culvert. Its location is perched above the ordinary high-water mark and it will be maintained in its present condition. The footbridge across Mule Gulch will be disassembled with hand tools and all infrastructure shall be removed from the banks and channel.
