Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of
up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor's Parcel
Number (APN): 014-200-057-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License
from the County (CCL-626) and is also seeking an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License
from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL22-0001542, Expires on 2024-09-28). Cultivation
activities will include approx. 9,556sqft of mature canopy in hoop houses of various sizes (a 4'x16', two (2)
4'x24', eight (8) 4'x80', thirteen (13) 4'x100', two (2) 4'x40', a 4'x25', a 4'x30' and a 10'x40'). Existing
support infrastructure includes a municipal connection to Trinity County Waterworks District #1 for water
usage; a 10'x16' shed for petroleum storage; 1,000sqft structure for (894.4sqft) immature canopy; a
14'x14' cannabis compost area; five (5) 8'x40' containers for ag chemical storage, drying, harvest storage,
processing and general storage; four (4) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks and a 2,500-gallon nutrient
mixing tank. There is a permitted onsite septic system onsite that services the project's wastewater needs.
Power for the project is provided by TPUD. A more detailed project description can be found in the
Appendix C Checklist. SPECIAL NOTES: 2. A portion of the project area was identified to be within
Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) 100-year floodplain. The project provided a Letter of
Map Amendment (LOMA) that identified that the project elements are outside of the identified floodplain.

appropriately and are in fact located outside of the confirmed FEMA floodplain area, on

project APN; the project APN is 014-200-057.
