Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of
up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor's Parcel Number
(APN): 019-750-005-000. The applicant is seeking a Specialty Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from
the County (CCL-258) with proposed transition to Specialty Mixed-Light with the County and is also
seeking an Adult Use Specialty Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis
Control (DCC) with proposed transition to Specialty Mixed-Light with the state; as well as a proposed Self Transport Type 13 Distribution Transport Only License from the DCC. Cultivation activities are approved
to include approx. 3,930sqft mature canopy in two (2) 20'x98' greenhouses (each with three (3) rows of
5'x95' raised beds) and also including two (2) 6'x90' raised beds hoop rows. Existing support infrastructure
is approved to include one (1) 6'x90' raised bed hoop row for immature canopy, a 15'x15' cannabis waste
compost area, a permitted onsite groundwater well, a 1,000-gallon and 500-gallon water storage tank, a
20'x24' building for ag chemical storage, admin hold area and another 20'x24' building for processing,
harvest storage. Power for the project is provided by TPUD and there is a permitted onsite septic system
to serve the project's wastewater needs. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix
