Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor's Parcel Numbers (APNs): 019-390-005-000 & 019-390-006-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-838) and is also seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Cultivation activities include approx. 9,985sqft mature canopy in three (3) different garden locations, including 3,060sqft with (153) 4'x5' canopy areas, 775sqft with (31) 5'x5' canopy areas, and 6,150sqft with (12) 5'x5' canopy areas and (9) 5'x130' canopy areas. Existing support infrastructure includes a 12'x36' wooden building for drying and harvest storage, an 8'x10' wooden shed for ag chemical storage, two (2) 10'x12' sheds for harvest storage, four (4) 2,500-gallon and (1) 1,000-gallon water storage tanks, and two (2) onsite groundwater wells. Proposed activities include the installation of a 25'x25' cannabis compost area and solar power system on previously disturbed area. Power for the project will be provided by generators less than 50hp and proposed solar system. There is a permitted onsite septic system to serve the project's wastewater needs.
