Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor's Parcel Number (APN): 015-250-001-000. The applicant is seeking a Specialty Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-854) and also seeking an Adult Use Specialty Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Cultivation activities are approved to include approx. 4,956sgft of mature canopy consisting of a 30'x60' hoop house (with two (2) 4'x50' rows for canopy. 400sqft total), twenty-four (24) 300-gal smart pots (with 28sgft canopy each, totaling 672sgft), and multiple hoop row raised beds in the lower garden, 5'x64', 5'x60', 4'x96', 5'x90, three (3) 5'x100' and three (3) 5'x50'. Existing support infrastructure is approved to include a permitted onsite groundwater well, a 25'x36' shop for processing and harvest storage, two (2) 10'x12' sheds for multi-use including ag chemical, general and harvest storage, etc. (not including processing); a 12'x12' compost area; two (2) 2,500-gallon, one (1) 1,500-gallon and one (1) 1,100-gallon water storage tank. Power for the project is provided by onsite solar systems and there is a permitted onsite septic system to serve the project's wastewater needs.
