Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 014-420-073-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-841) and is also seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Cultivation activities will include approx. 9,972sqft mature canopy in (277) proposed canopy areas (4’x4’ boxes with 36sqft each). Existing support infrastructure includes a 10’x12’ shed for ag chemical storage, a 20’x24.5’ garage for processing, packaging, and harvest storage; a 10’x12’ shed for immature plants, a municipal water service connection, and a 100-gallon nutrient mixing tank. Power for the project is provided by TPUD and there is a permitted septic system onsite to serve the project’s wastewater needs. Proposed activities include installation of the (277) 4’x4’ boxes (with a 6’x6’ canopy area proposed for each), two (2) 10’x12’ sheds for harvest storage, and a 10’x12’ compost area.
