Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-TRI-44124-R1), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Jet Yang. The project consists of the installation of a stream crossing on Cannonball Lane over Wilson Creek to access cannabis cultivation sites. Currently, vehicles ford (i.e. drive through) Wilson Creek to access properties on the east side of Cannonball Lane. The proposed crossing would prevent vehicles from driving through the creek and allow for fish passage. The proposed crossing will be designed by a California licensed engineer and will meet CDFW fish passage criteria. The design specifics of the proposed crossing will be determined by final engineered design plans, which must be submitted by April 30, 2026, prior to installation of the crossing structure. If water is present in Wilson Creek prior to construction, a dewatering plan will be submitted for review and approval. Following completion of construction, all disturbed areas will be stabilized with proper erosion and sediment control materials.
