The Recology Vallejo Facility is requesting to revise its existing Solid Waste Facility Permit to increase the hours of receipt of material to 4:00AM – 7:00PM, Monday through Sunday. Currently the Facility is permitted to receive 600 tons per day mixed recyclables and organic waste from 5:00AM – 7:00PM, Monday through Sunday. An Addendum to the April 2019 Negative Declaration was prepared in September 2025.
