Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMSLAN-47615-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to HGS, LLC dba RES Environmental Operating Company, LLC as represented by Timothy DeGraff. The purpose of the Project is to provide compensatory mitigation for the construction of 375 residential dwelling units, related streets and utilities, and recreation areas as described in the environmental impact report. Project activities occurring on the Curtis I & II Mitigation Sites include invasive vegetation removal, installation of temporary irrigation, revegetation of native plant species, and maintenance and monitoring of the mitigation site for five years.
