Implement temporary relocation of a bat colony from the SR 91 Santa Ana River Bridge (Bridge No. 55-0106) to the City of Anaheim Santa Ana River Sub-Channel Bridge (Bridge No. 55C0111), to accommodate widening of the Santa Ana River Bridge, reconstruct and upgrade the westbound SR 91 Kraemer Boulevard off-ramp, realign the SR 91 eastbound Tustin Avenue on-ramp and off-ramp, partially reconstruct the SR 91 westbound Tustin Avenue on-ramp and off-ramp, modify a drainage outlet on the west side of the Carbon Canyon Diversion Channel, construct an opaque masonry block wall on East Frontera Street, and construct retaining and sound walls at various locations.
