Document Description
The proposed project would modify the project evaluated in the Fairview at Northgate Master Plan Final Impact Report. The project would increase the residential component of the approved project on the same 23.8-acre portion of the project site from 178 single-family residences to 245 units, with 119 detached single-family residences and 126 cluster type single-family detached homes (i.e., bungalows). Additionally, the proposed project would remove one of the four approved commercial buildings.
