The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement ([1600-2019-0009-R3), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Suzanne Wilson/East Bay Regional Park District. The overall project is construction of 5 miles of the Bay Area Ridge Trail for public use between Vallejo Mill Park and Garin Regional Park. The project includes construction of approximately 3.9 miles of new multi-use recreational trail, and also utilization of approximately 1.1 miles of existing maintained dirt roads.
