The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number LAK-66033-R2, pursuant to
section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Chris Jennings.
The project is limited to the installation of a new culvert crossing over an unnamed ephemeral
drainage. The crossing is part of a planned commercial cannabis cultivation operation located at
