Document Description
The EIR Addendum includes minor modifications to the Samoa Peninsula Wastewater Project. The modifications include replacing existing septic tanks and leachfields with septic tank effluent pump systems that pump treated effluent to the Samoa WWTF, abandon existing leachfields, demolish old tanks, and add a 1,590 foot pressure pipeline segment along Bay Street. At the WWTF, the approved treatment system would be changed to a moving bed biofilm reactor, solids dewatering would be eliminated, and new headworks would be installed, all within the existing facility footprint.
