The Fresno County Sixth Cycle Housing Element (the Project) consists of the Adoption of an Addendum to previously certified Fresno County General Plan Review and Zoning Ordinance Update Final Program Environmental Impact Review (State Clearinghouse No. 2018031066) (PEIR); the adoption of the Project, which includes an Action Plan; and minor revisions to Fresno County Zoning Ordinance related to Residential Zones as listed under Residential Zone Land Uses and Permit Requirements to include definitions for Discretionary, Ministerial, and By-right uses, to come into compliance with state law.
