Document Description
The project is an easement vacation to vacate portion of the 15-foot sewer easement located at 541 & 543 Hotel Circle South, to allow for the approved privatization of the sewer and improvements to and widening of the existing Bachman Place. These Improvements include widening the roadway, new pavements, and walls. The project does not propose any new construction. The 5.15•acre site is in the Office and Visitor Commercial zone in the Mission Valley Community Plan Area. The existing 15-foot sewer easement was granted to the City of San Diego in 1970 for sewer facilities and incidental purposes. The easement is not currently being used by the City, nor planned for use by the City.
