The proposed project encompasses the proposed CUP Amendment to the existing Surf Ranch facility, which includes the following: -The addition of the additional Surf Ranch parcels totaling approximately 40.39 acres. The additional parcels include APN 024-080-036 (20.15) and APN 024-080-087 (20.24 acres). *Note: APN 024-080-036 includes land on each side of the man-made canal. -Installation of decomposed granite parking area and security gate on the additional Surf Ranch parcels. -Up to 46,100 sq.ft. of new structures on additional Surf Ranch parcels, including: -East Security (100 sq.ft.) -Proposed bridge over man-made canal -Maintenance and storage buildings (approximately 8,000 sq.ft.) -Training facility (8,000 sq.ft.) -Overnight accommodations with restrooms (30,000 square feet) It is estimated that the project would be staffed by up to 100 people including operations and maintenance, guest services, water safety, and security personnel and that guest attendance will increase to up to 100 guests per day. The project also clarifies that the previously approved commercial kitchen will be housed in the existing Surf Operations House and that the existing air streams will be relocated to the north side of the existing ski pod. In addition, revisions to the 2018 adopted Mitigation Monitoring and Report Program and proposed.
