Phase 1 of the Beach Cities Media Campus project, which includes development of a 60,159 gross square foot two-story Professional Sports Team Headquarters and Training Facility building, and 54 parking spaces on a surface parking lot. Environmental impacts were previously considered and mitigated through the Beach Cities Media Campus Final EIR, which was certified on August 20, 2019 (SCH 2017121035). Phase 1 is found to be consistent with the analysis contained in the FEIR and no further analysis is necessary.
