Document Description
As part of the project’s entitlements process, Ventura Water is seeking to annex the Project Site and amend the City's LCP. Ventura Water's proposed LCP amendment would establish a 45-foot height limit at the Project Site. The California Coastal Commission (CCC), whose certification of the LCP amendment will be required in order for the project to proceed, has requested that Ventura Water evaluate the potential viewshed effects of future development at the site. This viewshed assessment memorandum has been prepared in response to the CCC's request. See Addendum for the modifications to the original Project.
