Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number ELD-60174-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Harinder Johl.
The project is limited to the mass grading for 31 single-family homes, related roads and infrastructure, and construction of the Unit 2 Crossing. CDFW Project 1 includes mass grading of residential lots, infrastructure, and road segments upslope and within approximately 100 feet of ephemeral drainages and seasonal wetlands within Hill View Estates. CDFW Project 2 consists of the construction of a bridge crossing over an ephemeral drainage. The Unit 2 Crossing will provide access to residential parcels along Road A of Hill View Estates. The crossing will be a structural plate arch, with a 29-foot span and an 8-foot 3-inch rise, founded on a concrete footing. Engineered backfill will be used along the width of the crossing. Rock slope protection and/or geotextile fabric may be used as needed. A minimum 10-foot setback will be established between the bridge footing and the edge of the drainage.
