Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has issued an ITP
(No. 1927-ITP-2026-069-06), pursuant to Section 1927.3 of the Fish and Game Code to Jay Perrin.
The Project is comprised of the replacement of an existing 1,000-gallon septic tank with a new 1,500-gallon concrete septic tank with a single leach line to serve the existing single family residence and additional dwelling unit. The Project will trench approximately 346.30 square feet of the 1.25-acre parcel for the placement of the septic tank and the leach line. The Project will result in incidental take of 2 western Joshua tree (Yucca brevifolia), which is protected under the WJTCA and the California Endangered Species Act. The WJTCA ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of western Joshua tree that may occur as a result of Project implementation.
