Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-RIV-61274-R6, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the Project Applicant, City of Moreno Valley. The Project is limited to the maintenance of Cottonwood Basin, a detention basin for flood control purposes. Maintenance activities will be conducted annually, or more frequently, depending on the basin conditions, and include removal of all debris and sediments to restore the original basin floor elevation. This excavated material will be transferred into a dump truck and hauled to an approved offsite location.
