Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SBR-59667-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, D.R. Horton.
The Project is limited to channel improvements and construction of the E-05 Flood Control Channel within Phase 2 of the West Creek Specific Plan. Channel improvements will include placing rock slope protection and cement, grading, excavation, filling, and realignment of Drainage A. In addition, two water quality management plan (WQMP) basins (27’ wide and varying from 3’-6’ in depth), will be constructed in-line with the channel design. Riprap will be placed at the entry and exit of the WQMP basins.
