Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS-SDO-46225-R5, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, City of San Diego. The project involves the grading of approximately 1.65 acres to create conditions favorable for long-term wetland habitat. Drainage swales will be created to direct existing drainages into the project site. In addition, riparian vegetation will be installed near the created channels with transitional scrub being planted further away. Vegetation will be monitored, and the City of San Diego will create mitigation credits for use on future projects.
