The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SBA-59197-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to The World is Yours, LLC as represented by Shannon Conn. The Project includes cannabis cultivation on 53-acres of the property, including grow/canopy, processing, storing, packing, parking and water use and storage. Project operations include vegetation trimming within Nojoqui Creek for access to the well for reporting and occasional maintenance, as-needed repair of irrigation pipes, and water use from the existing well located within Nojoqui Creek.
