Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SBA-58996-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Canyon Produce, LLC as represented by John Dejoria. The Project includes the routine maintenance of two culverted crossings and one low water crossing, vegetation trimming or removal and repair of erosional features on two stream channels, pond water supply maintenance, stormwater conveyance system maintenance, replacement of concrete riprap with a structural wall, and the repair or extension of riprap. The Project also includes up to 7,809 square feet of onsite restoration, and the cultivation of 50.51 acres of cannabis and associated activities.
