Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLA-56419-R2, pursuant to
section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, MC1 LLC.
The project is associated with the rough grading of an approximately 33.6-acre area that will be
developed with 128 single-family residential lots and associated infrastructure improvements.
The project includes mass grading of the site, construction of private roads, widening of PFE
Road, and the construction of a stormwater detention basin that will receive stormwater from the
residential development.
