The Program consists of conducting maintenance activities at existing flood control facilities within the Riverside County FCWCD's right-of-way in order to maintain flood control capacity and design function. Facilities, including basins, channels, small (non-hydropower) dams, grade control structures, levees, bank protection (including riprap), headwalls, culverts, and appurtenant structures of all the above, will be restored to the applicable maintenance baseline condition.
