The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SAC-59837-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of Sacramento. The project is limited to the removing approximately 10,000 cubic yards of accumulated sediment within Arcade Creek that has reduced the channel's capacity and the repairing of the concrete/gunite sidewall sections where erosion or failure has occurred.
