Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed an amendment for the Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0242-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Lewis Antonio Mountain Ranch, LLC. The project will recontour 550 linear feet of an unnamed stream channel tributary to Orchard Creek, filling in the pond’s spillway head cut with material from the recontouring of the tributary mixed with Lincoln clay, armoring the spillway with geotextile erosion blanket, installing a rock chute drop downstream from the mouth of the spillway, and planting the entire stream channel and lower portions of the bank with native grasses, rush, and sedge plugs as well as install willow stakes and pole cuttings.
