Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLA-57234-R2,
pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, JEN CA Placer
Ranch, LLC.
The project is limited to two (2) activities, mass grading of the eastern and western project
areas. These activities will be conducted in association with improvements to North Foothills
Boulevard and Fiddyment Road; construction of Placer One Boulevard; and street
improvements, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, potable and recycled water, and dry utility
installations necessary to support the Placer One Phase 1C development areas.
