Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SBR-15153-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, the Town of Apple Valley as represented by Paula Pereira.
The Project is limited to an extension and amendment to the Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (Agreement) No. EPIMS-SBR-15153-R6. The Agreement is extended to September 23, 2031 and amended to include edits to Measure 2.19.5 for Southwestern willow flycatcher and edits to Measure 2.7 for Avian Biologist.
