Document Description
The San Bernardino County Service Area 64 (County) is proposing to acquire a permanent, non-exclusive waterline easement and right-of-way (an easement transfer only) for the purpose to install, construct, survey, reconstruct, remove and replace,
operate, maintain, repair and improve a twelve-inch underground pipeline together with all necessary devices, equipment, and appurtenances thereto (including air valve assemblies, vacuum valve assemblies, and blow off assemblies). Further CEQA analysis and any needed regulatory agency permitting for the installation of the line will be the responsibility of the Lead Agency.
