Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification EPIMS-RIV-26334-R6, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602 to the project Applicant Rancho Diamante Investments, LLC. The Project is limited to a new residential community with open space parks, water quality treatment facilities, roadways, and other features. Project activities will result in one-time discharge into streambed and riparian areas as a result of replacing existing storm drain outlets, installing new storm drain outlets, installing a culvert for a new road, and extending a culvert for the widening of an existing road. The project will also construct an off-site flood control channel within uplands south of the site that will connect with existing storm water facilities at Simpson Road.
