The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SBR- 60860-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Inland Empire Utilities
Agency.
The project is limited to construction of two new diversion structures along the
concrete-lined San Antonio Creek Channel to divert flow into the existing adjacent
Montclair Basins 2 and 3. The added diversions will span the full width of the 25-footwide concrete lined channel.
