Well 18 (APN 0138-030-310) is a vacant 3.76-acre site located between Broadfork Circle and the Union Pacific Railroad, in the Roberts' Ranch Subdivision (38.337662, -121.921766). The Project would construct a new well facility to support existing potable water wells that would be affected by future hexavalent chromium (Cr VI) MCL, which will provide an adequate and regulatory compliant water supply to the City of Vacaville. The project was originally analyzed in the Roberts' Ranch Specific Plan and Development Project under SCH#2015112042. No further environmental review is required.
