Document Description
The Project is comprised of the development of 153 acres of undeveloped land into 550 single family residences and sewer, water, and lighting improvements to private streets within lots and public streets surrounding development. Project Activities include clearing, grubbing, and grading of lots, trenching, and development and paving of roadways. The Project will result in incidental take of 123 western Joshua tree (Yucca brevifolia) which is protected under the WJTCA and the California Endangered Species Act. The WJTCA ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of western Joshua tree that may occur as a result of Project implementation.
