Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS-HUM-64964-R1C, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Erik Sordal. The Project is limited to two encroachments. Both encroachments are for water diversion from an unnamed tributary to Butte Creek and Mule Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use, recreational use, and fire suppression. Work for the water diversions will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure as well as invasive species management.
