The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-HUM-62034-R1C), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Joel Singer. The Project is limited to one encroachment. The single encroachment is for water diversion from Sproul Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use and irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include modification, use, and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure.
