Document Description
The Project is limited to eight encroachments in total. Three encroachments are to upgrade existing culverts and three additional encroachments are to upgrade crossings with no formal conveyance structures. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the existing culverts, replacement with new properly sized culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. One encroachment is for the installation of an armored fill at an existing crossing. The final other encroachment is to restore and reconnect upper and lower reaches of a Class III stream interrupted by the previous construction of a flat.
