The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-HUM-43726-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Clyde Hazell. The project consists of five (5) encroachment(s): One encroachment is for the removal of water diversion infrastructure from a stream and restoration of the stream channel. Three proposed encroachments are to upgrade existing culverts. One encroachment is for the removal of an impoundment berm on a Class III stream.
