One encroachment is for the decommissioning of a stream crossing. The six other proposed encroachments are to upgrade existing culverts and rock ford crossings. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the existing culverts, road fill and approaches armoring, backfilling and compaction of fill, and additional rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
